Bojangles

Well... I don't eat Bojangles very much but this last experience was definitely an experience (to say the least). We went through the drive thru and it was really hard to understand the lady taking the order... I was handed the food before I received my credit card back (which to me is extremely poor drive thru etiquette) so I drove off without my card.... I went inside to go get it... That took a while (but they were busy). When I got back into my car, an elderly lady fell and hit the front bumper with her head. I thought it was very kind that two of the employees helped her get up and into the car. They made sure she was okay. The food was tasty and I ALWAYS love me some of their seasoned fries (well if there is seasoning on them, sometimes that is a hit or miss). OH and this location has the cheddar bo biscuits! So yummy 😋

Okay, so let me start by saying, "I had issues on this visit"! I am a stickler for great service and communication, so when I ordered a "Egg, Bacon Biscuit & add Cheddar"...and my total came to $8.53???? I had to say, "Hold on, how much?"??? Y'all, I know everything went up coming out of this pandemic, BUT that's literally like a $3.00 increase!!! Can somebody say, "No, that's too much!!!" If we, the consumers, don't say "NO", there is no limit these establishments will take us with these ridiculous prices!!! The clerk didn't bother to say, "Now that cheese is gonna cost you an extra $1.23"! That is ridiculous considering that isn't for a whole slice of cheese! Yeah, I didn't get that, sorry!! I ordered a "Gravy Biscuit" and that was amazing!!!😋 Other than this, the staff was kind, even with my questions. The service was descent. My food was good. The manager explained the break down of their pricing. Hence, I decided "no" on my original order choice!
