Papa Johns Pizza

Day after the snow hit ,I reluctantly ordered a delivery pizza , I was stuck at work. The delivery lady got here super quick and the pizza was hot and fresh. Also, the lady who delivered the pizza was super friendly and I told her she was my hero today which she was along with everybody working at the Charlotte Pike Papa John's today! Thank you thank you thank you!

Usually I don't have a issue with this location but today the driver who is my regular driver came to deliver my food and got to the door I opened she was like you live up here with the gods.......now I live on the 3rd floor so I know the struggle of the climb. But I always tip in cash because I appreciate them climbing the stairs to get me my order. Well today she decided since I didn't tip on my card that she was gonna just toss me my receipt back saying I could keep it then she goes on to sling me my pizzas. Whole time I'm laying catch my pizza so yeah I kept my 7$ and let he catch her breath

Great customer service at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The delivery drivers are always so good-natured and are almost always exactly on time. On the rare occasion they're late at all, there's a good reason. I'm having outpatient surgery tomorrow, so can't eat for several hours prior to, and Papa John's pizza is my first choice for tonight's family dinner (looking forward to leftovers when I get home after surgery!)

Ordered the 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for $6 each for delivery last night. The wait was reasonable with it being the weekend. When I received my order I opened one of the boxes to see that one of my pizzas looked like it was dropped. I called the store where the employee Misty kindly sent a new pizza out to me for free in exchange for the messed up one. When the new pizza arrived it was nice and hot. My family enjoyed the pizzas and I haven’t heard a single complaint!

I was actually pleasantly surprised about my pizza experience. I was a little apprehensive to go here after reading some negative reviews, but decided to place a carry out order anyway. I went to pick up the pizza and walked into a very friendly staff and clean store. I could tell they were busy because they had a lot of boxes set up by the oven ready for orders (plus I used to work at a Papa John's so I know what to look for). The two ladies working there were incredibly friends, and despite being busy managed to make me smile with some small talk. I don't usually give a tip when I pick an order up, but I did this time because of how great the customer service was. Food was made correctly and tasted great. Keep up the good work! I will be back.
