Subway

The Subway at Nippers Corner was not good. Never been there until today and won't go back. Staff is not very nice. I asked the women what the sandwich was for today she turned around and walked off. She came back and I said I want the Italian. She then kept asking me what meat I wanted. Fi all the guy came out and heard me say Italian. They put hardly any veggies on there so you mostly tasted bread. The bread was old and at the end of the sandwich I had to pull with my teeth very hard to get a bite. The last bite of the bread was so hard. I couldn't chew it. Jimmy John's is across the street and Publix is in the same shopping center. It is worth waiting in line at the other places than go into a restaurant where noone is during the noon hour.

I went in to order a party platter (the one that feeds 7) and I was informed by a rude female employee that I needed to order it online & wait for it to get approved. I told her that I called a few days ago to ask if I needed to order it ahead of time and they said no. She was not willing to help me order it online and didn’t seem to care about my business. I left and called a different subway, the one a mile down the road off of Nolensville Pike, and they were more than happy to accommodate my simple request of a 5 sandwich party platter. Better yet, he said it was “no big deal”. I know which subway I will be going to for now on

I had just got off work and I hadn’t eaten all day. I figured I would stop and get my family subway for dinner. When I got there I sat in my car and mobile ordered. I went in at the time it told me to and the food was still being made so I waited, I work in fast food so I understand. I watched her make one of my five sandwiches toasted, which I hadn’t asked for it to be so I asked her to please remake it. I felt bad and tipped her $4 because of it. So I drove home and thought nothing of it until I opened my sandwiches and 4/5 sandwiches were made completely wrong. The only one that was mostly right was the one I had asked to be remade. I honestly was just super disappointed with the whole experience.
