It was clean inside, not packed. The food was just as we ordered and was ready in a good amount of time. I’m not sure who the young lady was that was working( around 1930 on 9/15) but she was so kind and patient, however, she was also the only employee working. She kept on pushing through and made it happen! It sounds silly, but I am so thankful for her willingness to work and feed people that came in!

Very tasty! The hot #17 with bacon was delicious! Also got 2 cold subs that were equally good! Saved this place as a fave for next time in Nashville!

Participated in their fundraising day. Shift manager very friendly. My sandwich was made just how I wanted with my changes. Delicious 😋

My wife and I loved our experience today at the Jersey Mikes on Elliston Place. We normally go to another location because we live in East Nashville but because of K we are going to use the Elliston location from now on. He had great customer service and he was training the new staff members to do the same. We will definitely be back.

Our son give you big 10/10 starts.. the lady where so sweet and understanding. Our son has autism and very picky eater Nashville was our sleeping stop and not a lot of sub shop where open this Black Friday he want pizza and the lady’s made him a sub he would like and he sure did. Here is what he said in the video “ it literally melts my mouth it’s so tasty that it melts my mouth”

The staff is great but the manager is doing everyone customers and staff included a disservice by not turning off online orders during peak times. I was in a line 20 people deep today while I looked over at 10 online order tickets. It makes no sense.

We made it in time !!!! My BLT supreme was just as I image . It was late but everyone was in a good and positive mood . There was a about 7 people in line but it moved very fast. Just FYI the Jersey Mikes was closed on Rosa Parks at 730. Just glad I made it to the downtown location!

I would literally die for the manager Cedric (hope I'm spelling correctly!) He was professional, respectful, and spent time helping me find a lost catering receipt. In the midst of this, he was still dealing with storefront customers and juggling several tasks seamlessly. Multi-tasker and Manager of the Year Award goes to Cedric as far as I'm concerned.
Note: I do catering orders on a weekly to bi-weekly basis, and his help today solidified my continued business and support of this Jersey Mike's branch!
