Jack In The Box

I have to admit up front that I've only had the tacos here on every visit, JitB tacos are a guilty snack pleasure for me so they (the tacos) get 5 stars. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location averaged over my several visits to the drive thru is uniformly poor (1 star). On every occasion, the drive thru help is short and borderline rude in words, and on every occasion the drive thru attendant has had to fix my order......and I'm just ordering tacos! Since I haven' been in the restaurant nor have I had any other menu items from this location, I'll average my review as mid point 3 star review based on the tacos and the service alone. JitB food that I've had from other locations, as well as customer service, has been very good. If there's a problem with staff here it would do the owner well to get it fixed, as there's no reason this JitB location couldn't be a high performing location otherwise. It's very conveniently located and has an excellent menu. Get the customer service fixed!

My first experience at Jack in the Box was unfortunately not a good one. We stopped here early morning to grab a bite for breakfast before heading home. The young lady at the counter was completely miserable. She mumbled the whole time you could barely understand what she was saying. Of course the one thing I ordered they were missing the key ingredient so I was unable to get that item (no big deal). She never once looked up at us, no apology no please or thank you, have a nice day, how are you...nothing! Then I got to sit down in there dining area and it was nothing but filth. Tables still had previous customers trash on them. Trash on the floor including bobby pins from someone's hair. It was just disgusting. Then we had to wait for our food for 15 minutes. On the plus side the food was good, not sure if it was worth all of that though.

I would give this place no stars. Had several bad experiences here. Staff is usually high (you can tell by their red eyes and spacey looks) and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Tell them to always make chicken fresh and they always end up throwing it back in the fryer so it's hard and I have to go back to get my money. One night I wanted tacos and they gave me a dirty look as I was going through the drive thru and told they didn't have tacos!! Lazy!!! That's all it was is laziness. Went there during the day one time and the manager said out loud that she doesn't get paid enough...then don't work there and find another job. Also, very unprofessional for a manager to say that on front of her customers and even her employees. She did not set a good example. I go to the Jack in the Box off charlotte it's much much better and friendlier staff

Maybe I picked the wrong Jack In The Box as my very first ever... I was not impressed and have no desire to ever try another one. Service was extremely slow, restaurant was not clean and the food just didn't taste good, including the small piece of bone in my burger! I hope if I'm ever starving there will be another option within a mile...

I ordered 40 tacos and it took them 39 minutes... basically 1 taco a minute. The bathroom is disgusting, it's 100 degrees in here, and the night shift people were incredibly rude. They do not deserve the title of a fast food restaurant at all. The staff got angry when we ordered the 40 tacos, as if they don't want the business. Worst jack in the box I've ever been to by far. I would rate 0.5 stars but I can only rate in increments of 1. Very bad taco experience.

The absolute worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to in my life. After more than a dozen orders here, there hasn't been once where something was missing, something wasn't forgotten (like forgetting sauces), or being out of an integral ingredient from something on the menu. I tried to order a teriyaki chicken rice bowl and was informed that they were out of rice but I could still order it but without the rice and at the same price. What?

Terrible, they had 4 orders on the screen and the cashier informed us that her manager asked her to hold on taking any more orders because they were busy. We just said no thank you and went to eat somewhere else. FOUR orders, I've worked in fast food, there was nothing "fast" about the staff at this restaurant. There was no rush at all to get "caught up" with their four whole orders.
