Chili's

My food was great and came out quickly. My server was completely inattentive, unfortunately. She never came around for drink refills. I had to get up to ask for napkins as none were ever brought to the table initially. I like this this location and the food is nearly always very tasty and the service is usually very good. I will be returning and hopefully have a different server!

just left about 15 minutes ago, me and my wife went for early dinner, food was okay, not crowded at all. This review is solely for young lady who waited on us, was outstanding, she made sure we were good at every step of our experience. My fries were lil cold she was quick to have kitchen make it again, I was hoping her name was on my e receipt it is not, so for sake of making sure her manager knows who i am talking of, she was a young african american lady, very well spoken and so friendly, I wish I had gotten her name but I did not, because of her we will be back again guaranteed!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: In my previous review i was so upset about the food quality. I gave it a try again. I will let the pandemic take the blame for the food and service I received prior. The staff are great and the food was better than expected. I am not even the person to complain bc I know every one has off days. This is the 3rd time I've gotten subpar food from this Chili's location though. So it's more of an environment of suckiness at this Chili's. I don't even want to call or go back up there bc "2nd time shame on me" and it makes me feel like a Karen. It's ridiculous though.There is literally no chicken or beans in my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and the chicken crispers were old. Both meals were cold. On the brightside my dogs loved it! Go inside and eat or stay away from here. Carbide is very disappointing.

The service was phenomenal Spencer was the waiter I asked for the Bacon Ranch Burger I saw it was on a bun but I requested it to be put on Garlic Toast which he said never seen anyone request something like this I told him I'd like to try this an I will submit it for a new idea he gave me the info I needed this burger I told him was on point especially on Garlic Toast I'd highly recommend anyone who gets this burger to ask for Garlic Toast. Great job to Spencer an the crew as I tipped him for phenomenal service an great work. Thanks again Spencer

Ate here tonight while on a long, long road trip from LA to NC and back again. Lia helped us right away and was so warm, kind, and attentive — it really cheered us up after an exhausting day on the road. Manager Greg was also especially kind and helpful — he made us feel like old friends! Everywhere we turned we saw smiling, helpful people. What a wonderful staff! The food was yummy too, but it was the excellent service that made our night!
