Dolce Vita Pizza

Omg visiting from out of state and this place received alot of praise from locals! It don't not let me down! Amazing flavor! Crisp but not too crispy! The flavor definitely has me interested into other menu items. The potato skins done to perfection. When in Nashville, this is a must for all pizza snobs...

Hey listen I mighta blacked out that night, but the one thing I do remember is that smoldering cheesy pizza pie. Like a fly to a neon afterlife, I stumbled up to this establishment, lookin to end my hunger. And I can tell you that hunger did end. Now I can't never atone for some of the things I did and said that night, but that delicious circle of heaven did save my soul. Arrivaderci dolce vita. Arrivaderci.

It's 1:30 am. You've honked your last tonk on Broadway and are taking an Uber home with the combination of red bull & Hattie B's melting an actual hole in your stomach. Your knuckles are raw from fighting rhinestone cowboys all night, your energy is fading faster than your $1500 ostrich skin jeans, and there seems to be no hope left for your starving gang of lost boys. But wait... Ahead, in the distance, a dull red glow begins to catalyze your very being back into existence. The strip mall seems dull & pale by comparison as the neon sign becomes fully visible while you round the corner: PIZZA No 5 letters have ever been more appreciated by our weary, bloodshot eyes. The sound of six generators powering the brightest sign ever fathomed by man or beast washes into a cacophonous parade of delirium; the ancient incantation is uttered slowly from chapped lips: "2 xtra larges plz"

Idk why this is under 4 stars?! Definitely, this must be the most underrated pizza shop. We ordered last night simply because nothing else was open and ohhh man I'm glad we gave it a shot. We got the Dolce Vita Calzone (added fresh garlic). This was soooo good!!! We ate the whole thing and were sad that it was gone. Delicious 😋 Customer service ain't horrible; I think is more of a perception thing and maybe a language barrier because they have a thick accent. Couldn't really figure out where from but my boyfriend thought they may be Indian; and if they are this is probably the reason why the food was so awesome. Give it a shot! This was a personal lesson to not always disregard places with under 4 stars... plus you gotta appreciate the fact that they were open late on New Year's Eve!

Some of the best pizza I’ve had in my life! The crust has a hint of sweetness (think Papa John’s), is perfectly crispy on the outside, and fluffy/stretchy on the inside. The ambiance of the restaurant isn’t super inviting, but don’t let that deter you; it’s worth it— I promise!! So good! Edited to add: We regularly get their carryout special- large 2 topping pizza for $12.99. It’s a good deal & great pizza. Highly recommend!
