Jet's Pizza

Sooooo... the take away prompt will tell you 40-45 minutes no matter what. Get there after 20 minutes if you want to be sure to get it hot. I live 20 minutes away from the closest one so that extra 20 minutes matters. But for real Jet's is the pizza chain I most enjoy doing bad things to my body with

Dave, the manager was excellent at helping us with an issue. We ordered three pizzas and one came with no pizza sauce. Which is not uncommon apparently a lot of people are allergic to tomatoes sauce. There must’ve been a mixup. They remade a pizza for us correctly at no charge. We love jets pizza. It’s always delicious. My nephew loves out of state and always wants this pizza when he is in town.

Updated Review: I would like to provide an update to my post below. I would like to thank Audrey the manager of the Jet‘s Pizza on Highway TN-100 in Nashville for contacting me. She aplogized for the inconvenience as well as had a conversation with her employees regrading the situation. She assured me this issue has been resolved and the staff would accommodate my request on future orders. Initial Review 4/29/21: During my recent visit to Jet‘s Pizza on Highway TN-100 in Nashville Tennessee, I was very upset to be informed that I could no longer request to have my cheese on the side in a separate container rather than on my pizza. During the past, at least two years, I have ordered from this location and requested the cheese be put in a small container on the side due to my child having allergies to dairy products and my husband preference not to have cheese on his pizza. This provided me the opportunity to only put cheese on the slices of the pizzas, that I would eat, and not impact other the members of my household. I feel the decision by Jet’s Pizza to not allow cheese to be available on the side, if chosen, rather than being be placed on the pizza shows lack of consideration and inclusion for those who have family members, in the same household, that have sensitivities or allergies to certain foods. I was not provided a discount for not having the cheese on the pizza (an item that is a standard ingredient that come with Jet's pizza). I have never had this experience with any other large pizza chains or smaller business.
