What a spread of great grill and fried foods(fried okra, mini corn dogs, hush puppies, steak fries, wings) salad bar pizza and ice cream. The ICC convention thoroughly enjoyed the offerings at the Bison Cafe for their 2022 ICON event.

Not gonna lie the caf has been stepping it up. The Chinese tonight had full sized egg rolls and the breakfast omelets slap. In addition, I received a fortune cookie with the message: “A secret admirer will soon send you a sign of affection”. I’m not sure what that will entail or whom it will be from tbh, but the encouragement is appreciated. (Losing one star bc the veggies are NOT vibing but still worth a visit to Bison Cafe)

Food's alright, but sometimes it can just be really bland. Though it's to be expected from a cafeteria at a college. Good atmosphere, though.
