Wait was long, but it was well worth it. The girl, jamie, that was working there, was running headset grabbing food, and even going so far as to walk outside in the cold to cars individually to go ahead and cash them out and give them the receipt with their drinks so they didn't have to wait on that at least. Very impressed with her positive attitude and the customer service. This is a White Castle worth visiting!

We love White Castle, so whenever I'm in an area that has one, I try to go. Yes, there was a line and a wait, but most places have that these days, so it didn't bother me. The food was delicious and tasted just like it does at other WCs I've been to. Service was fine. Restaurant looked clean from the outside. I went mid-day. I also love that I can get a Big Red here!!!

First time ever trying white castle, can't say I'm unhappy! Chicken rings were pretty good, almost similar to bk nuggets in a way but less dry lol. I personally couldn't tell much difference between them and krystals, but I absolutely would go back. Pretty good amount of food for low cost too. Service was prompt and professional as well.

Wonderful experience i was greeted quickly an with a great attitude!! Not gonna lie the food was just ok I've unfortunately had better !! Chicken rings you could tell the oil was old an burnt the sliders were ok as well just didn't taste as good as I remember !!! Otherwise it was a great experience the food just wasn't on point during my recent visit but it has been in the past !! 💯💯

There isn't a White Castle close to us, so when we knew we were in the area of this one, we had to stop. Good was fresh, hot, and delicious. Customer service was great.

My sister and I are visiting from Canada and have never had White Castle before. We walked over there at 1 am and the dining room was closed, but we walked over to the drive through window and met Duke. She asked if we were walking and when we said yes she was so accommodating! She bundled our meal for us so that we were getting the best deal and wrapped it up extra tight so the food didn't get wet in the rain. Excellent service and the food was exactly what we wanted it to be. Thanks, Duke!

I hadn't eaten at White Castle in years, so I thought I'd have a few when I was in the area. The wait was over 15 minutes, but they did apologize, and my food was fresh and hot. I won't wait so long to try them again

The lady that works late night here is amazing. She’s always hustling to get out hot food made to order. Believe me this is a rarity. Give this woman a raise before someone recognizes her hustle and scoops her up. Folks don’t want to show up much less do their jobs. Thank you ma’am!

It was early morning travelling from KY back to AL. Young lady prepared us fresh food that was delicious. We have no White Castle in AL so this was a plus for me. Store was clean and employee was nice and professional.
