Yeah so again not enough employees, and yeah they care more about the drive thru and to go orders than people eating at the restaurant. However the day we went an employee did go out of his way for us. Just FYI you will have to use kiosk inside to order, they don't have cashiers at the counter.

They were very friendly here but they messed up about 3 things on my order. But their customer service was great.

Best Taco Bell around - good service, food is what you expect. Out of the hundred or so times I’ve been here already, only problem was they mixed my order up once.

I took my 8 year old daughter her for the first time. She was sure that there was nothing she wanted to eat until she saw....PIZZA 😀
She loved it and was treated wonderfully by the serving staff.

This is the best location! The employees have better customer service and try to make sure you are taken care of. They even fixed an issue from the hell hole location on nolensville road. Keep up the fantastic work there at nippers corner!

Young lady in the drive thru today at 5:20ish was very polite and nice, much more so than other drive thrus. I did a mobile order and though I had to wait a while for my potatos, the customer service more than made up for it. Give her a raise!

Whoever made our order didn’t make it right adding tomatoes when we reiterated we didn’t want any. However the service was great specifically the Asian lady working the drive thru she was very sweet!

Always love Taco Bell for a quick meal! The hubs was disappointed he couldn't get a Meximelt, but the cashier was very helpful in suggesting an alternative and the husband loved it!
