Papa Johns Pizza

I've ordered from here twice and both times have been abysmal. The first time was on New Years Eve, so I was willing to cut them a little slack, but this latest time was inexcusable. I've attached pitcures. The pizzas don't even have enough cheese to cover the dough. The cheese pizza was supposed to have extra cheese. Then I also splurged for chicken wings. Big mistake. They were the smallest wings I've seen. They were also burnt and barely had any sauce on them. I'm very forviging when it comes to food service, but this is ridiculous.

Ordered a pizza at 10:27, went to pick it up, came back to hotel to eat it, discovered they gave us an empty box and the wrong breadsticks. Called at 11:31 to ask where our pizza was. They said they would send a pizza to us but it would take about 30 minutes. Called back at 12:16 and got hung up on after asking if they were still sending our pizza. WILL NOT BE BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible customer service. Didn’t even receive the pizza we paid for. No one seems to know what happened to the pizza we ordered and paid for. Side note: the bottom of both boxes were warm so we did not check it for a pizza.

I attempted to order a pizza at 12:34AM on a Saturday morning. Sadly, the pathetic chain of pizza restaurants called Papa Johns was closed. What's worse: the website asked me to import my address before ordering, allowed me to order, insert my credit card info, and THEN decided to tell me that my location was not accepting delivery orders. SAD! Honestly, if the "the papa" wanted to make money, "he" would sell pizzas far later than midnight. Does "he" not realize the sale potential? Ever since the real papa John left papa johns (let's be honest, they don't deserve capitalized letters), this place has really tanked. Bring back the Papa and start serving the hungry people of Nashville for once.

Ordered for delivery and after an hour and a half pizza still didn't come. We called to check on it and they stated they were backed up with 100 orders and our order was just leaving the restaurant however 45 minutes and still no order. We tried to call again twice but just got stuck on an automated message with no way of speaking to an actual person. All in all we payed for a pizza we didn't even receive.
