Was just in. Greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, they made my sammi with perfection, even as picky as I am, and it was lightning fast. What an awesome Jimmy John’s location and staff! Thanks again for the great service y’all and keep up the amazing work!

Good sandwiches. A step above Subway. Worthy of a try for sure. Don't expect gourmet, after all it's a sandwich joint. It's a perfect stop for bringing a bite along on your flight. Very convenient to BNA and easy and efficient in and out. Beats the airport prices too. No complaints for what it is.

I have eaten here a few times before flights. Every other experience has just been OK/meh. I normally order extra toppings (oil and vinegar, peppers, tomatoes) and I always get a normal amount and almost no oil and vinegar at all. Today (about 11 am on June 8th, 2023) the sandwich was freaking perfect, exactly like I ordered it. I would go to Jimmy John's more if they actually consistently made it right. Best sandwich I have ever gotten from JJ's. I would have left a tip of some kind but didn't find out how good it was until I got to the airport...

I had the Little John and chips, overall it was a good sandwich, however I felt as though the bread wasn't same day fresh. I could be wrong so I'll give it this rating for now and will update at a later time.

I actually think Jimmy John's is one of the better sandwich chains, only beat out by Jersey Mike's. However there's a lot of weird decorations at this place, most of which boil down to boomer complaining about young people. Its a weird vibe considering its just a sandwich shop. If you have a problem with that, I recommend either not eating inside or avoiding it entirely if you would not like to support that. Still, pretty good sandwiches and they come out faat like advertised (if a little expensive)

I have never eaten at a JJ before. Was not disappointed. Negative to my experience was the choice of loud music. Made me want to eat quick and get out.
