Mallard's Restaurant

Just had a remodeling job. It looks great! We stopped by for the reopening. We had the cheese burger with turnip greens and fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. The cheese burger was excellent with a nice chard crisp crunch on the outside and moist and juicy inside.The chicken had a nice crisp coating and was hot and tender inside. We always enjoy the catfish and cooked vegetables. The country breakfast is also a treat. Nice Omelets.

We've been coming to Mallards for many years and the new remodel has made this wonderful diner TRULY fantastic! The layout is gorgeous! The food is as delicious as always and Hannah, the owner, is always so much fun! The burgers are perfect. Big, juicy and so tasty! The sides are always great, the desserts are homemade and delicious. This little place is a truly hidden gem in Belshire. Affordable, friendly service, wonderful menu, clean, beautiful dining room and a great place to meet up with friends and family. Stop by, you won't regret it!

If you're looking for good old-fashioned 🏠 cooked food at a good old fashioned 1980s price please check the place out. Meat & 3 is the best deals they fried Chicken fresh (it takes 20 minutes) but I'll wait. Call and see what's in the menu for that day, and I almost forgot the open for breakfast also. So call them try it thumbs up 👍

Great food. Small restaurant with a family feel. The workers and owners are nice people. They are non discriminatory. They genuinely love all people. Young and old. No matter what race or culture. The restaurant is clean. So are the bathrooms. The prices are decent. I have always left full. Definitely great breakfast. If you're in the area, go for it!!!
