This is my favorite lunch place and I’ve been going for years. It never disappoints. I even drive from Franklin to grab their fresh soups , salads , chicken salad and desserts.
The entire staff is so welcoming and simply kind!
Love ALL the different sandwiches but especially Trousdale & Steeplechase. Definitely , worth stopping and getting some amazing breakfast or lunch. Don’t forget to grab a fruit tea or baked good , too. Everything is FRESH & DELICIOUS !!

Long time staple of the Tusculum area, this place is inexpensive and tasty. The sandwiches are tasty. Always add bacon for $1 and a cup of soup. You won't go wrong. Super variety of cookies. A little on the cake-y side for my personal taste, but everybody's different. If you're a soft cookie person, this is totally your spot. My folks get the fruit tea every time. 11-2 COVID hours, not sure whether that's up-to-date on the googles.

I've eaten at Unique Flavors many times. It is one of my "go to" places. I enjoy many of their specials and they have a good staple of always available menu items. The place is both dine-in and take out.

Great lunch spot. My favorites are the Steeplechase on a wrap, and the Bella Bleu salad. Their specials on Tuesday and Thursday are really good too, but have to get there early before they sell out. The Brentwood Bagel and Taco Salad are specials that I highly recommend.

We eat salad from here sometimes twice week. So delicious. My husband and I both love the bella blue.
