Bacon & Caviar catered our Thanksgiving Employee Lunch today & we can't praise them enough! If you are looking for a caterer in the Nashville area, you can't go wrong with them! The food was absolutely delicious! The staff is so easy to work with and made everything perfect! I expressed that we had 48 employees with hearty appetites, and they supplied more than enough! The turkey, dressing, and fried bacon corn were such a big hit! We look forward to working with them again!

Bacon and Caviar catered our wedding on 10.14.23. They are AMAZING to work with! Paul and his team are organized and proactive on the planning side. They respond quickly to emails and communicate effectively. Over the last year of planning, we emailed often, spoke on the phone, and even met at the venue to discuss a walk thru. They are very thorough and ensure they have all the needed info to do a good job. The food is also fantastic! We received a lot of compliments on the food, including the brisket, salmon, mashed potatoes, and pasta. I highly recommend B&C! You'll get high quality food with an organized team.

I feel awful l haven't written a review for B&C before now. They catered my daughter's bridal shower in the spring. Everything was wonderful. I had heavy hors d oeuvres and fruit tea from them for 25 women. The food was delicious and the price was reasonable. Delivery was as scheduled on time. I plan to use them again during the holidays for the parties. Really wonderful!

Bacon and Caviar were great from the day, I reached out. From timely responses, answering all questions to delivering tasting food warm and on time. I had to change my wedding date once because I wanted to be covid save and they made it smooth. My actual wedding date was July 31, 2021 and I'm still hearing how good the food was and I agree it was great! I ate my whole plate while people visited me at my sweet heart table. B & C is amazing! I started picking up Tuesday night family meals during the pandemic and have been so pleased- every single time! There is a ton of wonderful food at a great price! I share with neighbors and we ALL look forward to delicious, unique meals every week! Their staff is amazing as well. I can’t recommend this gang or their food more highly!

Amazing!! We have always enjoyed B&C BBQ Restaurant and recently tried their Tuesday night Supper club and we were BLOWN AWAY!!! We had the chicken tacos and they are the BEST I've ever had (and I've lived in Texas)!! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the fresh salsa and guac were incredible. There was so much food that we will be eating it for several nights, it's an incredible value. I highly recommend it!!

We first heard of Bacon and Caviar catering from a good friend who had booked them for their wedding. Shortly after that, Paul and his staff were at the Pink Bridal show in Nashville where we got to taste a few delicious bites and got his information to contact him at a later date for a formal tasting. We talked with Paul about the type of food we wanted (it was a winter wedding so wanted some good comfort foods) and scheduled a tasting. Come tasting day we walked into a one on one sit down with Paul while he brought out item after item of appetizers, entrees, and sides for us to taste. Practically everything was delicious and it was making our choices very difficult. We finally settled on a menu that we thought our guest would enjoy - and they sure did! We got so many compliments on every aspect of the food from so many people throughout the night. Trust us, you can’t go wrong with the brisket and scalloped sweet potatoes. The staff was incredibly professional, efficient, and upbeat all night. We hired our bartenders through B&C and they were absolutely amazing! They would learn what your drink was and be already pouring it when they saw you walking up to the bar. We also had special whiskey tastings which the bartenders ensured went smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend Bacon and Caviar catering for any of your needs as they are incredibly wonderful to work with and provided amazing food and hospitality!
