Huge selection. Granola yogurt parfait was better than what we got at Milk and Honey earlier in the day. Staff person kept offering to make us something at the grill. Very friendly and helpful. We stay at the Cambria every time we visit Nashville so are grateful this grab and go is within a short walk of our hotel.

If you like burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and specials, this market + cafe is for you. It is located at the west end of the Music City Center. I had a cheeseburger 🍔 and fries today. I will tell you they don’t put the burger on the grill until you order, so it might be a few minutes before your order will be ready. The special today was beef lasagna. The cafe has plenty snacks and drinks. Recommend this little piece of Nashville.
