Bojangles

My only complaint is sometimes in the morning the chicken biscuit feels like the fryer didn't get hot enough? Whatever it is they get a little chewier than normal. That said, there is no perfect restaurant and these folks do it well 99.99% of the time. Pretty solid margin. Also the coffee is surprisingly good for a non-coffee-specific establishment. Keep up the good work!

This is one of the cleanest Restaurants I think I’ve ever seen. From the parking lot, Bathroom (yes bathroom), Dining Room, drink station and what I could see in the prep and kitchen area. It wasn’t just that though, it was the food. First time trying Pimento Cheese and that was great. It has a few peppers 🌶️ 🫑 in it, but it was very spicy at all. The chicken breast was probably the best chicken breast I’ve had in a long time. I mean is was extremely moist and juicy. The sweet tea was good. The only complaint is perhaps the biscuit could have been a little better, but biscuits are always hit or miss anywhere these days

I want to say thank you to the ladies that are keeping this place going. They have a system of taking and then preparing the order which makes it seem like you wait a long time but it really just divides the wait. Instead of taking 30 orders then struggling to fill them they take 1 to 3 orders, fill them, then take another set. I would merely advise them to explain this system to the patrons some of whom has trouble understanding what was happening. The food was all fresh hot and cooked perfectly and the lady who took my order was beyond friendly. The other staff had a nice rapport going on but without it distracting from their actual work, with none of the standing around and complaining that you tend to see at fast food places. I drove almost 20 minutes there to get my wife her beloved steak biscuit and I'm glad I did... keep up the good work ladies!

I absolutely LOVE Bojangles seasonings, and how it's incorporated into the breading on their chicken tenders!! I've been missing The Bo since the years I spent living in N Carolina, and deffo scratched that itch on a recent roadtrip - ate takeout from Bojangles 5 or 6 times in 12 days, yet I'm *still* ready and counting down to when San Antonio gets a Bo franchise in the next month or so 😆 My standard order is a 4-piece #9 chicken tenders meal. Honey mustard as the sauce, add a side of country gravy 🥰🥰 The chicken is without fail juicy & delicious, the biscuit fluffy & perfect. The gravy from this location was pretty thin &watery. Sigh. And Bo's fries are always kinda floppy, but still deliciously seasoned.
