One of the best burgers I've ever had!!! The customer service I experienced while was amazing. This was my first time hearing about this place while visiting in Nashville and it definitely did not disappoint.

I'm from the Midwest and when I heard they had Back Yard Burger 🍔 in the area I was visiting in TN, I had to stop by and try it! It's next to an Arby's and this place was a bit empty. But, to my surprise 😮 the food and options were decent. I tried the Mac and Cheese 🧀 🍔 and I was DELICIOUS 😋! I was recommended by an employee there that told me to try it. Cashier was very friendly to me and the order was decent with timing to come out warm and toasty.

Went in for a snack of fries and a shake. I was a little worried since I was the only customer in there that I'd get warmed over fries. But no, they were fresh. Shake was tasty as well.

We stopped here before our flight back to Houston and grabbed a meal to go. Our Hotel concierge said they were good and he wasn’t wrong. Best burger I’ve had in a while! Worth the stop, for sure!!

I had a 20 min drive to home when I remembered this location in Donelson. I ordered & wanted the chili chees fries and William was the most accommodating. He assured me three times that it was not an unusual request or would not put anyone out to give me those items separate so my fries would not be soggy by the time I got home! I deal with customers all day long in my job & his attitude was very refreshing. I will come again & again! Wish we had about a dozen employees like him!

Had to wait a bit (7mins) for burgers but I would rather them make them when I order than a cold burger. But just wanted to give a shout out to Jamie, his customer service was awesome, he spoke politely, even wiped down our cups before giving them to us and was just very kind. We will be back because of our pleasant experience with him! 🎉

Me and my wife went here and had a fantastic meal! We're truck drivers and I love taking her to places she's never been before, and to be honest I hadn't been here in nearly 8 years! My experience then and now hasn't changed! The food was delicious and fresh! The only thing I could think of that could be better is the customer service. If the service tightened up then this place would be Perfect!

We are from Tx, driving through to VA. We are staying at a hotel close by Back Yard burgers. I have to say, the burgers were awesome and the staff was excellent. My husband wanted one thing and at the last minute changed his mind. The young lady assisting us was so sweet and professional. I will definitely eat here again!!!!

We had wanted to try this fast food chain since Illinois doesn't have any. Upon entering we were warmly greeted. The employees were quick to make recommendations once we said it was our first visit. I got the black jack chicken club and my husband got the mushroom Swiss burger. We both enjoyed with the seasoned fries. Portions were filling and for fast food was good. Much better than Mickey D's.
