We did not receive all of the order that we placed on the smoothie King app. They're having some phone issues so the phone is not working so I was not able to contact. I reached out via email and got a response from the general manager. Very nice Man. He is refunding the order. Thank you for your timely response to this matter

Darielle(sp) and Luke have this place running like a well oiled machine.
I have standing appointments every Monday and Friday and use the app to order so it is ready when I drop by. My usually custom smoothies ALWAYS ready when I arrive and I am greeting nicely each time I come in.
Top tier customers service and products. My favorite and most consistent SK in BNA.

I had the best experience here on Super Bowl Sunday Morning. An employee (he said his name was Collins) was very helpful today with my order (Strawberry Hulk) and he was very personable and just my kids feel homely with the jokes he was cracking the whole time. I come in all the time but this time was very positive. And my kids can't wait to go back and see this hilarious employee again

This spot is under new management and Christine made an ordinary visit to my local smoothie shop, a really pleasant experience. Her voice is so clear, bright, and you can tell she enjoys providing great customer service. Plus, the smoothie was spot on. Thanks Christine!!
