Another Broken Egg Cafe

Our server Gilda seemed to have an attitude about something. New season menu was good. We tried the Mediterranean Omelet and Strawberry Cheesecake waffle. Both very good. Person who brought our food out was very cordial. Our waitress Gilda was stand offish & wasn't friendly. We still gave her the full tip 25% however Her behavior wasn't called for and I wanted to say something. Please Be mindful of your customers especially those with disabilities. The customer had chemo earlier this week.

Today was my second visit to Broken Egg and I must say that I was never disappointed!!! Food, service and environment is definitely top notch for my selection of brunch spots!! My server was Jaggar and he did everything absolutely right!!! He is extraordinary to say the least. He went above and beyond and made the experience for my friend and I marvelous. Once again, congratulations to the new addition to your legacy. I can already see how bright the baby’s future will be with a great dad like you!! ✊🏿🫡

Really good sounding menu options. I had the Florida omelette. Good but very salty and rich. Wouldn't get it again. Grits were good. Pancakes were good. Overall we liked the food. We were seated quickly and server was quick to take our order. Was really hard to get a coffee top up. Server disappeared and couldn't get the attention of any of the 5 other people working. Table next to us has a different server and were offered coffee 3 times in the same period and that server didn't check on us. Atmosphere reminds me a of a sports bar. Isn't very cozy.

Great place for breakfast with surprisingly good drip coffee! Services are nice, especially if you go early. The place does get really busy on the weekends. There is often a line out the door so there can be a wait. There is a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy for when the weather is nice. Expect to pay around $15-20 for a brunch entree (the upper end is seafood options)

Our server, Nakayla, was so sweet and very attentive to our needs. She was always one step ahead and we never had to ask for anything. The food was delicious. I truly enjoyed the cinnamon French toast with their buttery cinnamon topping. The fried potatoes were also delicious. The rest of my family also loved their meals. I would definitely come back on my next visit to Nashville.

This was our first time in Nashville and we found this place via Google, it didn’t disappoint! Bourbon Pancakes are a must and the chicken sausage is delicious! Everything was great, food, service, coffee, ambiance. It’s a popular place so be prepared to wait, but the bar area is first come first serve so we sat down right away.
