Three Brothers Coffee

The workers are the best part of this shop and the only reason a lot of students and patrons go there!!! Ownership, please listen to your workers-what they're asking for is the bare minimum. $16 an hour is barely enough to afford Nashville housing these days, $9 an hour isn't livable, and tips belong to employees. We'd love to return one day when workers are treated fairly again.

I'm a huge fan of Three Brothers - the staff is amazing and does a great job building community in the neighborhood. I live in the area and might spend more time here than my home on the weekends. For who they are and what they do, please give them their requested wage. The workers deserve better working conditions!!! Ownership needs to listen to their workers' demands. Stop slowing them down by canceling meetings and refusing to counter-offer their proposals. They demand you meet $16/hr + guaranteed tens and commit to meeting with appropriate intervals of 1-2 weeks. Nashville is a growing city with growing demands and the workers need to be compensated in keeping up with these demands. I stand in solidarity with the workers at Three Brothers.

The owner’s of this coffee shop are ridiculous to believe that a $9 an hour is fair wage for these amazing workers in an expensive growing city. The staff here have always been dedicated to serving this area of Nashville with outstanding customer service and amazing coffee. The owners should seriously consider raising the wages and offering better living conditions for their employees so they can retain these talented employees.I have been a continued customer for many years but may reconsider if the employees change.

Service was excellent and these workers deserve better conditions. Workers deserve $16 an hours plus guaranteed tips. Meeting should be scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance to give proper notice. Great coffee, great atmosphere, very indie! I know lots of people would find some artwork controversial, but I also believe that it adds personality to the shop, and makes it interesting - this is emphatically not a Starbucks, and it shouldn't try to be one. A shame that the owners don't value the workers who provide that service and atmosphere, and refuse to negotiate with these hard workers, who cannot continue working in the city with their wage.

My Husband, Myself, and our puppy Love took a long road trip from our home in NJ to Texas stopping in a few cool places along the way. We stopped at three brothers for the photo ops and coffee of course before heading to Texas to complete our trip. I wish it was cleaned up outside a bit but I can see why it's not as it was pretty cold out and we visited in December. It def makes for a really cool photo for memories. The coffee was just what we needed for the morning drive ahead and the staff was super polite and helpful. We didn't have enough time to stop and eat but everything smelled amazing. The coffee shop was warm and inviting. I can see why this coffee shop came up as a must-visit in our search. If you are ever in town and are looking for a solid cup of coffee and some light breakfast please stop by and enjoy. Also don't forget to take a pic this this cool section on the front of the coffee shop. It’s a quaint little coffee shop. I almost missed it! I love that they have a camping supply shop included in the back! The coffee and chai tea here were great! The cappuccino is also delicious. The staff was really friendly and were great with making any kind of accommodations. My husband said their breakfast burrito is his favorite so far in Nashville. The atmosphere is also really nice, and the music is relaxing. I’ve visited three times now, and I’ve never been disappointed.
