*This is a fraud, they take money by giving you a scheme and block the number, you should never book this online, this hotel is real or not, please check first…! When I talked about taking the number from googel, I was told by giving a scheme that if you pay today, then your booking will be done when I have paid 50%, then said that you will have to make full payment after that when I have made the full payment. I asked for confirmation then he sent me barcode and said scan it on google pay you will get confirmation now that barcode was for payment of 25000 and i said don't do me booking if you refund then they said no payment will be refunded and blocked the phone number by abusing…

The phone (Mobile) number updated on Google of duty manager as it reflects on true caller seems to be super busy person or else is high on particles and doesn't seem to be interested in picking up calls? Have been calling since morning for reservation on occasion of my wife's bday coming in couple weeks. Thank you so much for your useless time have a great life and always be high!!!!!!

Look wise it's very beautifully built. Club is nicely built with Huge swimming pool, nice gym. Service wasn't that great. Booking was made for breakfast+lunch+dinner expecting lunch would be on check in day but it turned out to be on next day which was not mentioned in the package. On the day of checkout we had to hurry on lunch as checkout was at 12 and had to extend checkout for 1 hour. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner had very limited menu and was served in room. The lunch and dinner both gave me stomach sickness. All room accessories were for one person even when booking was for two people, no toothbrush. Overall it was average experience. While couple of things made us happy, some disappointed. Package was not delivered as promised at the time of booking. Food being our favourite part, it disappointed us strongly.

It is a very average hotel that boasts of being a 5-star. It was not worth the money we paid for the stay. The whole property and rooms not very well maintained. Though the room service and food were good. When we arrived, the staff member at the reception area for the night shift was very unpleasant and not at all warm. That kind of spoilt the first impression for us. Honestly, there are way better 5-star hotels in the area that offer first class services and I would recommend one go ahead with those instead.
