Emirates Lounge

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was not only clean and comfortable but also elegantly designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The hotel's location is ideal, offering convenience and easy access to various attractions. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile.

The lounge was such a blessing in disguise! My mother and I missed our connecting flight and we were exhausted. I bumped into pooja Singh at the water fountain who told me about the lounge. It was her first day at work and even then she provided such amazing hospitality! However the highlight for me was the delicious food !! Chef Arvinds food was extremely flavourful and he was extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients and the nutritional value of what he was serving! I would highly recommend this space 😊 all the other staff were absolutely lovely and considerate too. We enjoyed the generosity 🙏🏻

While the price was super high for a 6hr stay, amenities were pretty decent. They had dinner pretty late in the night (2am) and breakfast starts at 4am. Dinner was very basic but breakfast was kind of nicer. Pigs was just perfect, idlis were ok, vada oily but their Pav bhaji was just right… I took the private cabin so I can stretch my legs out a bit and worked out well

I would like to rate 5star as I am satisfied with my requirements. I was in Mumbai for a day, attend a meeting and return back same day. First option Niranta Transit Hotel unfortunately it was full and the cost for just four hours was 10K plus. Then i went to Aviserv since i was having priority pass. Lounge area is small, but overall i wanted to sleep for sometime shower and leave for the meeting. I got the food and lounge access with the priority pass and i bought Sleeping Pod for two hours and Shower for around 2.1K. Sleeping pods are maintained well and in a silent area. Bathrooms are specious and they provide towels and matt if you book for shower. Washrooms are cleaned every-time and kept the floors dry. Staffs are also very polite and helpful.

While I didn't have a bad experience here but I'm rating this 4/5 as the cost didn't align with my expectations. They could do a better job in guiding travellers to their lounge. The pods could accommodate me 6"1 ft tall comfortably. I could sleep well for an hour or so until a mosquito woke me up. I paid 1.5k to use it for 2hrs, didn't include food. Overall a good option if you want to spend not more than an hr or two.
