Best customer service I’ve gotten from any store in a while! The guys working there are always really helpful no matter what question I may have. They never pressure me to buy anything or make me feel unwelcome. This is the place I come to for any of my cigar needs! So much better then Vascos, hands down!

Chill spot with a wide range selection of cigars. You can order also drinks dégustation (tasting). The place has the Caribbean ambiance. Service is excellent and they take their time to explain the different types of cigars. My only negative feedback is the ventilation which needs some improvement. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars!

As a long time customer of the Toronto location the Montreal location has lived up to every expectation and beyond. The staff especially Frank is friendly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. He took his time to show me some of the stores selection of rear and aged stock. The bar is well stocked and manned by the friendly staff. If your a cigar smoker and your in Montreal be sure to make this a stop. If your a local the your extreamly lucky to have this amazing store in your city. I will most definitely be back in the future and I highly recommend

I try to stop here every time I'm in Montreal, and I'm here a few times a year visiting family. I believe this is the only cigar shop in the city or surrounding area where you can order drinks/cocktails in the smoking lounge. I get to enjoy a great Cuban cigar along with a nice single malt scotch. They have seating for about 12-15 people across a number of leather couches and chairs, and another 4 people at the bar. There's a TV on the wall, which typically is showing a sporting event. It's always a nice, relaxing time.

Fantastic and personalized customer service and sales. Came here looking for recommendations for a gift for an American friend within a certain budget, and they helped me choose while taking the time to walk me through options, educate me a little on different types of cigars, and learn more about what to look for and what certain terms imply in the cigar world. It was education and interesting. With an unassuming exterior, the shop is gorgeous inside and they have lots of different cigars and accessories, not to mention beautiful humidors. Didn't get a chance to see the smoking room. I don't see a reason to go anywhere else for Cuban cigars.

The staff were very helpful and happy to let us browse their walk-in humidors. We stopped in before heading to dinner just to look and although we were not buying anything at that time we were still treated very well. We returned after dinner for a smoke and it was a fantastic experience. It was really nice to be able to sit in their big comfy leather chairs in a well ventilated lounge and smoke a nice cuban. A must for any cigar enthusiast if you're visiting Montreal.
