Because of the pandemic the dining area was closed. Staff was very friendly and answered all questions. even gave recommendations! we ordered: chow Ming cantonese . this was with some white sauce and shrimp chow meing beef (this was just WOW!!!) with black beans sauce. beef was super tender vegetarian raviolis were OK. they were undercooked. i could taste the dough and it was thick. filling was good however. overall food was good. watch out for your clothes, they do contain LOTS of oil!! — so the question is: do i recommend? or would i order again? YES! 😍

Quality Cantonese food. One of the best value in town. We ordered two dishes with shrimp and beef. Worked well with my non-pork-diet friend. The space is pretty small for dine in especially during covid. Definitely perfect for takeouts. The young man managing the floor was a super man, handling reception, orders, serving and cashier in one person. He was so efficient making sure all customers are taking care of. Recommend if you are around old Montréal/Chinatown.

The Noodle Factory never disappoint in flavor! It's a small place and you might need to wait to be sitted when it's crowded but the service is so fast that once you are sitting down you won't have to wait long before all the delicious food is in front of you. They give you large plates that are perfect for sharing with your friends and loved ones!
