This place is very reasonable and opens early in the morning for breakfast. 12 churros are something like 3€. They stop serving breakfasts and larger meals around 12pm but you can still get toasted bread with tomato later on, as well as churros, until at least 1 or 2pm.
You can take away or eat in obviously, but you have to order the chocolate (drink) separately and you are going to want it to dip your churros in! No need to get one cup of chocolate per person. One shared is more than enough as the chocolate is very thick so ideal for dipping rather than drinking.
