Taste is good but the qty is really less and not worth the money for the burrito bowl. This is 3rd time happening at this location (mchenry). The qty is really less when compared to other locations. This bowl has everything except bean and lettuce. Everything was less qty. I could hardly see sofaritas and they claim it had 7g protein for this meal. This review is only for this specific location. Management should look into this and take action.

Paid 27 bucks for a burrito and queso and chips and food was cold and meat seem really old. Disappointed and it’s not the first time. I really like chipotle as well as other fast food spots but a lot of people are really not doing their jobs.

The server was to busy talking to his co-worker. The food was luke warm..and they started closing the Soda machines a half hour before olose. Not to impressed this last visit. I
For $2.80 for a small beverage is way to much., especially when I didn't get a refill.

If you looking for healthy food this is where you can go. Always my food place to go to. Staffs are friendly fast. I usually order online and pick up in store in 10min or less.

Who hires these workers?? Two male workers in front of the store cleaning the front doors were excessively cussing and using slurs. Very unprofessional and immature at their part. Had no problem with the food but the fact that other customers and I can hear the stuff they’re saying is very disturbing.

Went here with my mother,grandmother,and uncle Kory..(who only had to pay 14,000 us dollars) for all of us...food was fresh...staff was fast,good times were had.

This one is unbelievable. Two orders in a row were wrong. This one was missing two orders of chips, guacamole and a kids drink. The quesadilla is a tortilla with cheese (not melted) and the sides were spilled all over the inside of the bag.
Staff was rude and unwilling to do anything about it.
This is unbelievably incompetent and a joke.
