Stopped by after work for a snack with my daughter. Pretzel was so stale you could thump it on the table. I brought it back to the counter and asked for a different pretzel, sadly it was stale too. Next she asked if we could wait about 6 minutes for a fresh one. We agreed and sat to wait, the cashier laughed so loud about it we could hear her. We waited over 10 minutes and by then didn't even want it anymore. The frozen Lemonade was also too tart and more ice than slush. Don't recommend, bad customer service and stale food.

3rd time in a row they didnt give me what i asjed for and forgot items .. i will never order from doordash. I get it people make mistakes.. but 3 times in a row?

I just left the stand it is only 7:00 p.m. and got 2 pretzels that were hard and had been sitting there for a while. The lady did NOT even brush them with butter or put salt on them. The lady was very rude as well. I will definitely not be going back again.

My niece loves these pretzels- unfortunately they always stop baking and the line is still long. Again went today and had 2 choices- plain pretzel or 1 jalapeño pretzel. Over salted. Wasn’t worth the 9 dollars we paid.

Its crazy that this location is in the middle of the food court ad you can see everything the staff is doing. On top of it being a pandemic. Staffs should be following all food safety guidelines. As im standing in line and observing one of the emplpyees making the food. Shes tpuching her face mask without changing gloves, then moments later she touching her ears and hair and DID NOT CHANGE GLOVES BEFORE TOUCHING DOUGH TO PREP. Good thing I'm only gwtting a lemonade. Messy hair buns and obaerving little food safety protocol will keep me froming buying food
