This location doesn't know what good customer service is. Fast food restaurant or not, If you want to be the best.. You have to do your best. I bit into a hash brown and it was so old it crumbled in my mouth. The cinnabites were so oily it was inedible. Please try harder.

I feel bad for the team who worked on may 20th at 8pm. Everybody was unprofessional, I was asking questions about their menu, the boxes etc, the guy was very rude, they didn’t have boxes that other Taco Bells have, so when I was thinking of what to order, I felt pressured. I ended up not ordering anything, but wait there’s more. As I was driving by the window through the drive thru, the entire team were trying to be funny by saying “ can we just look at you for 5 more seconds”, as soon as I realized that they were trying to be “comedians” I just looked at them and thought, funny cause your the little goof balls that work at Taco Bell. So when you guys want to stare for those 5 seconds, just stop and think about where your career is at funny guy. I hope the owner of this place really pay attention to this comment fire all of you immature little boys cause you guys make this whole building look bad

Should be no stars ....worst management ever today at this location
serving Watered Down Mango Ice teas to triple there profit.
Even the manager at the drive up said.."I DONT LIKE THAT DRINK"...well that is not what I asked you!!!!!!....I asked if you could check the machine to see if it was not working properly...or taste the drink to see if someone made it wrong.
I recommend another location..dont go to this place ...poor management

It's Taco Bell people! You can't go wrong with Taco Bell. But to give Dell Taco there props too cause you can't go wrong with ethier one. Fast food Tacos over burgers any day of the week🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮 DELICIOUS 🌮🌮🌮🌮

It was great food I got two tacos plus food came with 30 packets 0f taco sauce I'd eat here instead of a restaurant any day plus with extra sauce I can eat food at home with the extra packets thank you taco bell but next time can I get 40 packets hahahaha

I go to this location over the 9th street location because of the cleanliness of the place and my order is always correct!

I was with 2 other people who ate there food before I got mine and I ordered it right after them really sad.

Some foods are good and some are not. Staff needs to be more consistent with making food. They also need to learn how to bag the food better. Don't bag food with sweets. They pick up the taste of each other and the boxes for the Mexican pizza are so flimsy and weak that it collapses. They stack other foods on top of it and it smashes the lid so that when you open it the toppings from the Mexican pizza are stuck to the lid. Taco Bell for me is a hit and miss in general. Just not a big fan.
