This McDonald's on Oakdale and scenic gave me stale, greasy fries and then they got mad when I came back and asked for some french fries really they always slow and they took a long time.

So my family and I go to this location and they give us eggs not fully cooked. We bring this to their attention and they send food back to fix. A while later they bring the “replacement” food out. It’s the same food. They tossed eggs on grill only on one side and cooked only one side. They other side of egg was VERY runny still. They put cooked side up and runny side down I’m assuming they think we’re stupid. Pathetic location and will not be back.

Due to covid they can only take guests through the drive thru. You can not enter the building period. That's plain ridiculous. Why can they not take orders and have guest wait outside til their order is done. Lots of other businesses do that and it's working out very well. Some people don't have a car, so they don't get to enjoy McDonald's because of that. No walk ups allowed. I hope they lose enough business to really put a hurting to them. If they'd allow people without cars to order then they'd make more money it would seem to me....everyone else is making adjustments why can they not be more flexible. Buncha scared pansies they are.....

Chance at dying here! Came in to order. They closed 10 mins early than they were supposed to. I was ok with that, but since there was no sign up I walked into the McDonald's area. I slipped and barely caught myself. I'm 24 years old and very agile. I looked around and all employees were in the back with the floor covered in water with NO wet floor signs up anywhere. They need to be much more aware of safety concerns. I don't trust them.
