I ordered a medium size Cinnabon with frosting on the paid costed about $6 in total! The issue I have I assumed because wasn't told the price would be different for a Cinnabon with Frosting..Then Two of the Employers felt away because I wanted my 85 cents back. I felt racially profiled by and Older lady who put my change on the counter instead of in my hand she had and attitude definitely won't be back..

I Love cinnabun Now. I went there the other day and didn’t even know what it for my whole 39 years on this planet was until One of the Male worker help me and told me what it was and got some and now I’ll be coming every day for one! Thanks love the service the male gave would love to see more appreciate it have a blessed day!!

Everytime I order a frozen drink (a few times ) that's suppose to be icy/slushy it's not. Today I ordered the cookie frozen drink and it's like drinking milk with ores in it. It's not icy at all. And trying to get the workers to care is impossible. Sad.

I haven’t had Cinnabon in several years but used to have it quite often when I worked across the street from one. The customer service here was good, friendly girl served me, and it was fast. However, and I can’t recall if this was always the case, but the cinnamon roll I received was seemed undercooked. The center wasn’t cooked at all from what I would consider cooked... it was hard to cut and very gooey... I could have just received one from a poor batch, but it was bad enough I probably won’t go here again.
