Baskin-robbins

I came and ordered sundaes with my siblings. The guy helping my sister was trying to be helpful, because their system was not updated for Baskin Robbins app payments. He was able to make it work by typing in the gift card numbers. However the only girl working was rude. She was a snob and was not even attempting to make an effort and be helpful. She didn't even offer to add toppings to my sundae! So I was handed a gooey scoop of ice cream with only hot fudge, no whip cream, no nuts, no cherry. She did not even ring me up instead she walked away while snobbishly smirking. This experience is why I will be frequenting Dairy Queen from now on! Time and date of terrible service was June 6, 2018 at 4:22 pm. I also saw her on her phone, when we needed napkins, but decided to just leave instead of asking her to refill the napkins dispenser.

I usually post positive reviews but I'm frustrated with our neighbors ice cream store. Some times ago my husband and I visited BR and we were treated terribly by the employee Over a expired coupon. Later I learned he was the OWNER!! Today I called to order a small ice cream cake and I was informed they no longer take ice cream cake orders PERIOD!! I expressed my concerns and said that I didn't think what was good business. She wasn't very responsive. I know this ice cream store is under new ownership and maybe that's why the service has declined. Just voicing my concerns because I used to enjoy coming here.

Not a family friendly environment. Playing inappropriate music talking about sex, extremely filthy floors and tables, no napkins, and the only high chair they have, I suggest you do not use, hasn't been cleaned. The few times that I've been in there the same spots for still on this side chair. Filed a complaint and was supposed to hear from the manager according to corporate and they did not to follow up. Find another place to go unless your ok with the filthiness and the inappropriate song My Neck My Back by Khia playing.
