Wienerschnitzel

I have visited this establishment several times in the last 2-3 weeks. Every time I visit I inform them that I would like to use a digital coupon from their own website. They respond, sometimes they don't work but we'll try. They always work. But this last time, a manager informed me that they don't accept digital coupons "because her boss doesn't get his money back." I informed her that every time I visit I use a digital coupon. She stated, "well they're not supposed to." I said thank you and left. I drove down McHenry to the other Wienerschnitzel where they happily accepted my coupon. I won't be visiting this Wienerschnitzel again.

There needs to be a lot of training at this location they must have new people. Customer service not very good. Tried to hand me a soda that was dripping everywhere from where they filled it and wanted me to put it in my car. I don't understand why common Sense isn't so common. The road is so tore up where they drive through is but you don't want to even drive a nice vehicle in their parking lot.. loss of business.
