I have been going to Togo for over 40 years I paid 13 dollars for the worst sandwich I ever had today it had every little meat they ask for a tip before they ever make your sandwich and you don’t know who is making it so you don’t know if they deserve it or not I well be going to Deli Delicious the next time where’s the meat this is a number 16 should be loaded with meat

I had my husband to go to Togos on Friday, January 21. To order two pastrami sandwich one Reuben sandwich. I told the lady not to put jalapeños on the Reuben sandwich. She put extra jalapeños on my Reuben sandwich now my 91-year-old mom can’t eat the sandwich because the meat is too hot. . I called and talked with someone and explain the situation because it takes us 18 minutes to drive to the location and another 18 minutes to return home..That lady just said come back and she can fix another sandwich…I feel she should’ve just said you can have a whole Nother sandwich the next time you come in she did not rectify the situation so I wanted to give a review I’m done going to Togos this is the second time they made such an awful mistake

Great customer service. Delicious sandwiches on fresh baked bread. Daily Specials on point. Plenty of napkins packed in the to go bag. Also was asked if I would like a side of peppers to go in the bag + + +. Nice updated soda machine with lots of drink choices. Chose one of many Coke products to several different lemonade options.
