El Pollo Loco

New Vietnamese restaurant in town and had to try it out. I must say I am very impressed with everything. Customer service, the cleanliness of everything (including the restroom). I had a small combination Pho and that was a lot! And a Vietnamese coffee. Everything was perfect. Definitely recommend.

No matter to what Location we go, we ALWAYS have an issue! This time it was the insane wait time for one order of the 3 Al carbon taco combo. And worse of all they ran out of lids! So I got my drink with a bag and a rubber band on top instead of a lid! I have never seen this so I just said Okay, and took it. I should have asked for another bag at the bottom, but I wasn't thinking straight, since they took so long with my order and I was in a hurry. Well, the darn cup was spilling the whole way! No matter how many napkins I used, My jeans got soaked and my seat too!

This is the worst fast food restaurant experience ever. I walked in and instantly I noticed how sticky the floor was. It was filthy. My family and I ordered food and went to find a seat but all were dirty so we had to ask an employee if they could clean a table for us. Then the wait for the food was very long. I even noticed that an employee wasn't wearing their mask correctly. He had it under his nose. Eventually we received our food but they told us they ran out of plates. I even had to go back to ask for spoons/forks. Not to mention the rice wasn't very good. The only plus was the chicken. I've been here before and I didn't enjoy it very much so I decided to come again after a while to give it a second try. I was disappointed.

Usually a great place, for my family and I, however, today it was anything but that. My mother and I arrived and ordered, but upon receiving our order, we were lied to by one of the employees about having Guacamole when we asked ( it was right behind her and she still was stating they were out). Not only that, but our tortillas were not given to us and when opening our ordered mashed potatoes, they were dried out and contained an excessive amount of brown powder. Definitely a memorable experience, but for all the wrong reasons.
