Drive thru is soo slow, everytime Im at the drive thru I've waited more than 40 minutes to get my order, The line gets really long and the restaurant is not clean inside there is mess everywhere. Workers are slow and dont really care about the restaurant. If your a dasher i recommend not accepting orders from this place its a waste of time, gas and money!!

I love coming here. Not much else can you expect from popeyes. I do wish the menu from the drive through was more readable. The staff have been kind as well as respectful besides the white lady with color hair. She was very rude the times I have been there. Other than that, great place

Ordered a popcorn shrimp meal like I usually do, and it was such a disappointment. There was hardly any shrimp in there this time. Called and spoke with the manager Irene , completely not helpful. She said she is the one who packed the meal and she ran out of small boxes and put it in a bigger box.. not correct. It was the same size box I always get. She was just making an excuse. As a manager she should be trying to accommodate the customer. Popeyes portions are getting smaller and not worth the price.

My last visit was no so pleasant. They got my order wrong. I mad sure to ask at the window if my order was correct, the girl at the window said she was not sure if it was and told me it should be in the bag. I had to pull over park and get down and wait in line to get my correct order. I was not given condimets upon request and also not given straw or napkins. All becase they were rushing to get me out but not thinkng of customer satisfaction.

They always get my order right, with everything in the bag and food is always fresh! Worth the wait times, but beware that the drive through is kind of tricky to get through.

Line is usually long here so went when it was short. Don't see what the big deal is about. The tenders were ok. Fries were good. Not worth a long wait.

DriveThru experience at this location is so far the best. The crew at this location (Coffee Rd) needs to train the Mitchell Rd crew how to run a quick and smooth drive thru.

I can only speak for one item and that's because their chicken sandwich is so good I haven't the need to try anything else.
