Wing Stop

I was a consistent customer of this location just over a year ago. I decided to find another location for several reason at that time. Namely, the cleanliness, the customer service/customer experience, food quality and time from order to food ready. All of these area at that time were no higher than a 2 star. FAST FORWARD to present day. I visited this location on 08/01/2023 at about 10pm. This location has been completely over-hauled. All of the areas I mentioned, like cleanliness, customers service/customer experience, and food quality have all dramatically improved. Time from order to delivery still was outside the estimate when I order online. The estimate online said 21-26 mins, it was actually done at 37 mins. This is understandable... I always order well-done everything, and I can tell you, the wings and fries I had last night were the perfect kind of "well-done". Overall... If you have decided not to visit this location based on past experience or based on dated reviews, I would suggest giving this location another try.

Their food is fresh. I love the taste of the wings. The fries are not my favorite but you can tell they are real fries with no preservatives. You have to eat it right away. The place is clean. The lady has taken my order wrong a couple of times but she is very professional. The store doesn't have a drive thru which is a downer. They take a while to prepare your order. They cook as you order which I love.

This is a great place to get your “Wings” for any occasion you can either order ahead of time or walk in and if you want you can also eat them there since they have seating tables available. Monday and Tuesday are good for Boneless since they are on sale only $0.60 each. Many flavors that choose from and French fries or veggie sticks are also available. Their staff is friendly and willing to help you this place may get busy specially on a weekend night (sports events)
