Jersey Mike's Subs

This Jersey Mikes is my absolute favorite. We have one closer to our house, but this location is by far much better. Even if they are extremely busy, the like moves fairly fast, and the staff are always so attentive. Their bread is always perfectly fresh, and they give you a good amount of toppings. Will continue to come here vs the Pines location.

I’m now obsessed with this place! This is definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in years. The young gentleman that work there are so sweet, kind, welcoming, and phenomenal. You just don’t get customer service like this any more. If corporate is reading this, these guys need raises or promotions, both in fact! If I had a business I would kill for employees like this. They are all destined to do great things! Thank you for being so amazing!

I accidentally placed an order on the app at the wrong Miramar location. When I arrived at this location to pick up my order, the manager realized my mistake and told me to give the other location a call to cancel the order and he'd make my sandwiches for me right away (ahead of a lunchtime crowd...). The other store (which also gets 5 stars!) canceled my order and refunded me, no questions asked. Then the gentleman at this location gave me my order and threw in a couple of cookies on the house. I can't believe that I'm the one who made the mistake and not only did they help me correct the situation, they actually gave me cookies to make up for the confusion. Talk about customer service! And the sandwiches were great, too! We will definitely be regular customers at this location.

Ordered online. When arrived to pick up there was no order. Was told to go to another location. Called other location from car. No answer. Went home. Very annoyed. Had TV dinner instead. Called American Express to check charge didn't go through. Had been charged twice at original location. I am hoping I get over annoyed as I really like the subs.

I came into the west pines location #13163 during lunch rush hour. I was instantly greeted upon arrival. The facility was clean, and everyone was attentive and seemed happy to work there. I had a big order so I kindly asked the front cashier to take my list, and the team went right to work. The whole process took 20 minutes. The team made sure my order was accurate. The manager also offered is business card and I will consider catering for the offices. I thought the team did a fabulous job! My staff and I were pleased with the subs. They were fresh and tasty. Thank you west pines team. I will be returning, and will absolutely recommend Jersey Mike's!
