We ordered three dish combo, GREAT and unbeatable value of $30. fresh food and it tastes good as well. I will be the first return customer with no doubts….

We tried a bunch of northeastern cuisine here and overall it tastes good. Recommend dough drop soup (疙瘩汤), which is not on the menu but really delicious.

Average restaurant. The kung po shrimp was ok. The butterfly shrimp with rice was scary. I don’t like shrimp with legs and eyes looking back at me. I’m sure some people may like it but when I saw that - it went straight in the trash.
The receptionist spoke a little English and most of the menu was in a Asian language so I was unable to read it.
There is a minimum of $30 for using credit card - that caught me off guard.

Decent Chinese restaurant, but since it is in Bay Area, my expectation is usually higher. The ambiance is not bad and the service was good. Some dishes were very good, 干锅田鸡,炸黄花鱼,水煮鱼, but some were very mediocre, 干锅菜花,莲藕夹,牙签羊肉.

This has some pretty amazing food, but the ambiance is lacking and they like to spray the tables with a pretty strong-smelling alcohol disinfectant, which is a bit jarring.
The cumin lamb I dream about. They have a roast pork roti-type bread pocket that is also amazing. The dishes are very heavy on onions, and they are generous with cilantro as well.
Styrofoam plates and plastic forks for dine-in. I've been here several times. The bullfrog legs were not to my taste, a bit gamey, but my dining partner loved them.

Always good service. They controlled their food price as much as possible, even during the pandemic.

Quite good. Mapo tofu, Chongqing Chicken, garlic Eggplant, and water boiled fish were all good. Nothing blew me away and none of the dishes here are my favorites, but they executed all my go-tos well and not too expensively, which is not common. Its a very satisfying meal with no regrets.
The mapo tofu had a bit of numbing, enough that you noticed it after eating enough of it. The flavor was good, the tofu quite soft and in large chunks.
Chongqing Chicken had a higher chicken to peppers ratio than usual, and still had decent spice and numbing. It had peanuts instead of the fried garlic I prefer, but still good.
The water boiled fish came in a pretty large serving size. For take out they gave us two of the large plastic soup containers. The fish was good and well cooked, and there was a nice amount of napa and a few wood ears.
Spicy eggplant was fine. It was a very classic take, sweet and soft.
I'd definitely come back and would love to try some of their other dishes

Wow. I have tried a wide variety of different chinese food restaurants, and not just one or two dishes but really tried them, and this one is at the top. Tastewise it's fantastic, and when you factor in what they charge, it's even more awesome. Having been here a few times, can say confidently that I am now a regular.
