Pizza Hut

Small Pizza Hut that only offers pickup/delivery. I’ve been going to this place for over 5 years and they’ve never messed up my order. I mean there’s not much else to say. Great small shop to get pizza from on a Friday night. Can’t out-pizza the hut. COVID edit: they have plexiglass at the counter and red circles in the floor placed 6 ft apart. They seal the pizza box with a sticker after making it so that you know it hasn’t been contaminated.

I frequent this location every other month and have always had good, fast service. Pretty clean and nice workers. A couple days ago I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with light sauce. I got the delivery and when I got to the kitchen table there was basically no sauce and it was not stuffed crust. It was a simply a hand tossed pizza. I called a few mins later and talked to two guys. And one guy told me that I can come in and get store credit. I went in today and ordered the same thing. The cashier and manager (I assume) said they didn’t have my number and they’re “pretty accurate with store credits” and my name isn’t listed. He also said there wasn’t a male manager on duty august 30. He eventually gave me my pizza free of charge but he certainly didn’t want to and said I need to make sure they have the correct info next time and it’s written down. Overall a great location but it’s not my job to track customer complaints. I don’t work at Pizza Hut. They should do better tracking these instances.

I ordered a pick up of a pepperoni Chicago Pizza and there was about 10 pieces of pepperoni on it. I went in and paid for my pizza and waited outside for my name to appear on the screen and it never did. I waited for 1/2 hour and finally went in and it had been ready for awhile. When I got it home, 3 miles away, it was already luke warm. The service was fine, however, if you are having names on a screen it should be done right and all names should be up there.
