Nice service and high-quality food. The thing I particularly liked was the fruit flavored fried rice. What I really love is how different dishes synergize. Combining a mix of crispy and sweet at times with other combos of spicy and flavorful. Without one overpowering the other and each dish not being too oily. I ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice, Thousand Tasty Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Beef Fried Noodles, and Popcorn Chicken. Came out to be roughly 15$ per dish. Images can be found below.

Why have I not been here before?? It's such a hidden gem. Food is good, service is better than most Chinese restaurants (especially the lady, who I believe is the owner), and price is very reasonable. This place mostly focuses on Northern cuisine, and offers a combination of popular dishes. The specialties here are the multi-layered pancake with Chinese, Chinese burger (肉夹馍), and noodles. I recommend the spicy pig ear (cold dish), spicy beef in dry noodle (special on the board), and pork belly and Chinese multi-layer pancake. It's located on the side of the plaza where Lion Market is (on Milpitas Blvd). There are 3 Chinese restaurants in this plaza alone, but this one is definitely my favorite and I highly recommend it!

This place far exceeded my expectations. We saw pictures and reviews of the pork belly quesadilla (cured pork cake) and wanted to try it. On top of that we got the beef roller, and being really hungry...we order the pork cutlet noodle soup, the noodles are freshly made and the pork cutlet is very similar to your standard Hong Kong popcorn chicken. All were really delicious!! The place can use a remodeling and be a little more up to date. The pictures on the menu does not do the food justice. I had to look at previous review and Yelp to figure out what they really look like. The price is already really reasonable as well. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is, oh. my. gosh. SO. GOOD. Amazing service. Amazing food. I would come back! I had the Cured sauce pork burger (猪肉夹馍) and it was one of the best I ever had. The pork was minced just enough to be chunky but also solidy. The flavour was delicious, meaty enough but not oily (香而不腻). We ordered the Lamb with green onion (葱爆羊肉) which was to die for!!! I'm so amazed by the eat that the onions flavoured the tender pieces of the lamb! Our next dish was pretty standard - Stir fried cabbage (手撕包菜), which was spicy sweet and sour. Pretty standard, but good. I also had Mum's sour and spicy noodle (我家酸辣粉), well made but not too impressed. It wasn't sour enough, but the server noticed that I didn't enjoy it and asked if I would like something changed. He gave me sauerkraut to add which made the flavour better. Update: after having the great food in the restaurant, I bought a bag of handmade pork and napa cabbage dumplings to try at home, and THEY WERE AMAZING TOO!!! I can't go back to the ones that I usually get at the supermarket anymore.
