From providing good customer service to bad service. I ordered a cake for a christening and showed the picture to the lady(it was a very simple cake) and the cake was not presentable. On top of it not being presentable it was rushed and they did not want to give my money back! And to top it off to try to fix the lady gave an attitude and try to avoid fixing the cake. Definitely not coming back to this place to order cakes no matter how good they taste!
