I placed an order through Uber eats and they did not send me my nuggets, they didn’t put ketchup for the fries which were cold and old. The food was cold and dry. NEVER AGAIN. Muy mala calidad, la comida estaba fría, no me mandaron mis nuggets y tampoco me mandaron ketchup para las papas frías.

Made me wait in line for 30 mins taking only one car at a time went and did a lap around the whole block came back and my order was still not done with visible over 6 members in the kitchen

Order from door dash chicken sandwich the chicken was burn and hard to chew the frie was a complete disaster cold and not crispy.I did not received the chili I asked for onions and jalapeño wich I didn’t received no ketchup. Please talk to your employees. Time is difficult people cannot afford to lost money just like that😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Best experience at a Miami Wendy's thus far. Drive thru was efficient and friendly. Food was exceptional and neatly presented and packaged

It was 3pm, not many customers inside nor out in the drive thru. Take a long time to get serve, talking to coworkers & friends in the lobby. Not professional business attitude 😒
