Horrible service! I spent 20 minutes waiting for a medium ice coffee with one person ahead of me. Two customer behind me got their orders while I continued to wait. After getting my ice coffee, it was the wrong order. My ice coffee was overly sweetened after I specifically asked not to put sugar. I will never return to this location.

Ordered on-the-go at 6:20, made it to the location round 6:45 and as soon as my lover and I walked in, we noticed that the clerk was surprised to see us as a couple walking in when we already placed our order online. Order was not prepared and we waited a good ten minutes for them to get our coffees ready while they also forgot about our donuts; Employees were more concentrated on fixing their own breakfast meal than to helping their own customers. Location has a great lack of customer service that has to improve and it is becoming a pattern in all the Dunkin Donuts franchise. My lover and I are very dissatisfied.

The apple fritters and apple cinnamon filled donuts are tasty. I also like the wake up breakfast wraps; they are under $2 and are pretty tasty. They are great for a light breakfast snack if you're not super hungry or have very little time to eat. The dark roast coffee is pretty good too. However, the Manager is very rude and unprofessional. For this reason I am boycotting and have told all my friends and family in the downtown area to do the same. I refuse to spend my hard earned money some place where I get disrespected. She will not get paid off my dime any longer!

I went to this location yesterday and ordered a Mocha Coolatta instead of my usual Cappuccino. The drink came out very fast; however, I was not prepared for how sweet it would be. I talked to the staff and they changed out my drink for a Cappuccino no questions asked. Thanks so much for the great service!
