Craig and Akim were great, excellent service and even better food. Don't be in a rush, cause the food is made fresh but definitely worth the wait. This is my new spot when I come to Miami.

I gave it three stars because it wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. My views concerning chef creoles is going to be a little bit different from what I'm seeing in the reviews. everyone's giving the restaurant five to four star rating and also saw a review that chef creole was given a great place for outside eating. but from what I can see I wouldn't sit down to eat here. why you ask the Great outside eating area is right next to the drive-thru which I noticed some of the cars had their engine running while waiting for the orders to be delivered to their vehicle. I personally don't think that's a healthy way to eat your lunch. The smell of gasoline and fog from the engine running is too much. Now about the food I grew up with Haitian parents and cousins who can cook traditional Haitian food so in my view I was looking for a place that can give me somewhat close to the quality of food and flavor I'm used to. But chef Creole I think because he's cater to so many out of Towner the taste was washed down not a spicy, bold seasoning and taste has most Haitian food. A little bit of a let down after I drove 45 minutes to get there

Everyone is very nice. Luckily we went when it wasn't too busy so there was no line and we didn't have to wait too long for the food. The fried snapper was perfectly cooked. It was all fresh and delicious. Also, the portions are huge

Awesome experience! The food was delicious. The service was great and friendly. The owner came out to check in on us before heading to another location and was a joy to meet. Even short staffed they were able to answer questions on the menu and do a speil for us first time guests. Did I mention the food was delicious? Portions were generous and well priced too .

Not your typical Haitian restaurant, lightly seasoned dishes. The fish fillets was delicious, great taste and went well with fresh lemonade juice.

Some of the best conch salad in town, hands down. I love the creole wings with rice/peas and plantains. Also, the soup joumou is unmatched
