This Wendy’s is good! My grandmother and I used to come here before she passed away a few years ago, and it was heartwarming to come back here. Overall, it's a pretty good service.

I was the ONLY customer there and they still couldn’t put effort in. No napkins. No sauce for the chicken nuggets or fries. No spoon for the frosty I guess I’ll eat it with a knife thanks Wendy. I suspect they do not give out these things to cut costs and the owner knows it full well. See other reviews for a recurrent pattern.

This Location has a terrible customer service. They leave you waiting and waiting and waiting just to place your order and it’s at anytime. But today I’m taking my time to write hoping someone will do something. Employees from this Wendy’s needs a better training on how to take the orders on how to prepare the food in less time and some customers service attitude.

This Wendy's location on 8th Street in Miami is a well managed Wendy's that is convenient and efficient when you are hungry and need something good. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that everything is right. Good experience every time I have been here

I used to love this place but now 👎 no way the French fries cold the sandwich no taste and the service no good 👎👎👎👎

Staff was overwhelmed and restaurant felt understaffed even with multiple employees running around trying to serve the low amount of clients in the restaurant. Food was decent. Restaurant cleanliness could be improved

I could tell there weren't many workers but even then it was the same great service and amazing fast food. God bless the ladies working there doing their best and doing an amazing job 🥰
