I use yo work for taco Bell, Fast service and well served food, excellent customer service was our goal. something that the new generations of workers have lost today. I think it has to do with the management and supervisor who do not know or carry attitudes of our Latin culture and it is necessary to find good training in human relations and service. to bring back a good attitude to the community.

I ordered the usual...3 taco supreme but they have switched up the meat that they serve. Now it's a nasty meat paste and not actually ground meat with the tacos. Plus I ordered the fiesta potatoes and it was a tiny cup of diced potatoes covered with cheese. SMH

First of all I order 2 Qiesadiilas with out spicy and they gave it to me with spicy and I literally told the guy 5 times that it was with our spicy and what he said was “Sir I already took out the spicy from the quesadilla” and the other was that I told him to gave me 7 souse and he only gave me 1

My son and I have come here now about 5 times in the past 2 month. And they NEVER have any Freezes.... They always tell you that machine is broken. If it is really broken, shouldn't they fix it at some time....????

Never long wait times, always open, clean, soda is always fresh and the food is delicious every time. Great employees too. One of the few restaurants that always delivers great service during the pandemic.

Completely unethical and unprofessional the Drive-Thru cashier. Food was given in plastic clear grocery bags without napkins. That’s just the beginning. When I asked for napkins, the cashier got 2 or 3 napkins and gave them while raising an eyebrow.
I said “this is unbelievable” while driving away. Then, the cashier incited violence with his head out the window saying ‘what’s your problem, if you have anything to say you can get out of your car and come say it to my face’.
All that with my 2 children seeing and hearing everything!!!
—management, please train your employees correctly…

The service is very bad, I told them 5 times to only give me a CHEESE quesadilla with NO chicken/meat and when I got home it was not what I asked. This has happened multiple times now, and I have given them many chances. They just joke around, be on their phone and get the orders wrong. 👎
