Taco Bell

Tonight I asked a family member to pick up a couple of Deluxe Cravings Boxes for dinner on their way over to my house. The items were dumped into a bag and when asked for Fire sauce, they reluctantly dropped some into the bag. The combo should have consisted of a medium drink, a Chalupa Supreme Steak, a "Beefy" 5 layer burrito, a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, and Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce. What we got was a medium drink, Chips and Cheese Sauce, A tiny tightly wrapped mostly bean burrito (I actually had to look for the beef and finally found a little), a soggy (also lacking in beef - see the picture) Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco, and NO CHALUPA OF ANY KIND (steak or otherwise)!!!! The components we ended up with were the same for both combos. A complete RIPP OFF!! There conveniently was also no receipt in the bag either. We did not go back for the missing items because the location over 6 miles away. We did however try to call the store and they are not answering the phone. I assume they are serving up the same lacking and missing items to others and don't want to bother with the complaints! It was an expensive for a bag full of nothing. The manager should be ashamed!!!

Wow! Dalian was above and beyond! I don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants but he made the experience amazing! Never thought I'd say that... you order, pay, pickup, drive home... this guy was great and can see him going places. I went to two other taco bells before coming to this one. Yes.. two others for the New Flamming Taco. The location on 88th said they ran out... the location in the hammocks. The girl said it's discontinued... really.... I didn't even want to argue so drove off. Called this location and he said they were available. I asked if he could make sure we could order two. He said no problem. Come over and we'll take care of you. This is the kind of service that makes all the difference. I would have given 5 starts but it is a taco bell... the quality of food isn't all that great but I would go back and drive the extra 5 minutes (total of 10) because of the experience. I ordered food in the drive-thru I was missing a burrito. I came back and he gave me a crunchy taco which is cheaper than what I paid for. I didn't like his attitude. Once I parked I noticed all my food was cold and not fully cooked. I didn't go back because the energy was off. I didn't want to argue. Seems like the person taking my order didn't want to work by his body language. Who ever trained the night shift staff did a horrific job. I paid over 20 dollars for my food to not be fully cooked and cold. Waste of money. This location should treat their customers better. Plus they didn't even have the change to give me. I'm Disappointed to be honest.

As a former employee this place is horrible everyone should boycott it for real. All the management should be fired and replaced starting with the district manager gioviani. I understand it’s Taco Bell but there’s no reason for such bad service and there’s a lot of potential if it was only with the right management.

Worst taco bell in the area. They never able to accept debit or credit cards it has to be exact change. The employees with attitudes ask for a chalupa on the drive through. The guy told me taco bell has discontinued all chalupas from taco bell to never ask for them. Clearly was still on the menu. Also order a chicken quesadilla they for got heat it up it was cold when I got home. This taco bell need serious attention. Who knows what's going on in the kitchen.

WORST service ever. Got the whole order wrong. So wrong that I got a chalupa with only tomato and lettuce…. Taco with only lettuce. A chicken cheese grilled burrito I asked with chicken got with beef. Customer service is terrible. Not helpful at all and basically screw you if the order is wrong. They need to fire the whole crew and get new people!
