7-eleven

I've been coming to this 7 11 for years. The morning manager Gilbert is great. Ive seen alot of employees come and go but Gilbert and Juan are always there. Lately though they have rude staff, there's one girl with long dark hair who is rude and loud and takes too much talking to customers when there's a line. Also the other day she was messing around with another male cashier instead of working when we are all waiting to pay. 7 11 is supposedto be quick right. And they seem to be running out of simple items like dog food alot which is NOT convenient. I really wish Gilbert and Juan were there all the time, they're literally the best. Some of the others...not so much

Horrible service there is roaches around the coffee machines all machines have not been cleaned in some time store needs to hire employees that can read I asked for a juul cool mint ended up giving me cool cucumber did not notice till I opened it took it back un user and for the mistake of the young woman I had to pay and extra 15$ cause they wouldn’t exchange my pods this place is horrible . Calling health inspectors for the roaches near the coffe machines . Very rude employees

I really just hate this place the girls there act like they're too good to be working there yet, they are. Be careful paying gas with single dollar bills because they might just keep the $1 and say you paid less then what you actually paid or maybe they just don't know how to count. On top of their awful workmanship they also lie and tell you the expresso machine is broken yet you just saw someone walk out with one. I'm new to the neighborhood and I've really fell in love with everything except the 7/11 I can vouch that I will not be returning due to the awful experiences that I've had going in there. I believe that Joseph DePinto really needs to go back undercover and take a look at this location cause they really are giving the trademark a bad name.
